"The Passage of Time"

 

Sand. Soil. A mountain.
Storm threatening
& The shepherd doesn't have his dog.

The above haiku has so much meaning for me when I reflect on the inner chaos that sometimes overcomes me.  Especially during times of world conflict, as we see today, we can certainly feel the power of this piece and the description of our inner longing for guidance.
