Fresh Spring Salad with Raspberry Lemon Dressing

Salad: 

 - 3 cups mixed spring greens
 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
 - 1/2 long cucumber, sliced
 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 - 1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 dill pickle, chopped into fine bits
 
Dressing: 

 - 1/3 cup raspberries
 - 1/2 cup lemon juice
 - 2 tsps. sea salt

 Directions: Blend dressing, leaving some raspberries whole, and add to salad.  

Raw Vegan Raspberry Ice Cream Topped with Crushed Pecans:

 - 1 frozen banana
 - 1/3 cup raspberries
 - 1/4 cup raw pecans, crushed
 - 1/4 cup mixed berries, whole
 
Directions: Blend banana and raspberries until smooth; top with crushed pecans & mixed berries.
