Ramadan Menu - Blueberries!

So today was officially exhausting.  I was way too tired to make anything special, and I was craving blueberries, so I made the easiest salad possible with blueberries and a fruit salad.  It came out AH-mazing! Yummy!  Recipes below: 

Fruit Salad: 
 - 2/3 cup chopped mangos 
 - 1/3 cup blueberries
 - 3 madjool dates chopped

Green Salad: 
  - 1 large package iceberg lettuce mix
 - 2 chopped tomatoes
 - 1 chopped orange bell pepper
 - 1/2 chopped cucumber
 - 1/2 cup baby carrots
 - 1/2 cup blueberries
 - 1/4 cup raw almonds
 - 2/3 cup lemon juice
 - 1 tbsp. sea salt
